Maggie is still filled with the same enthusiasm, passion and spirit as she was the day she began at the Logan Inn in 1987. A staple of this historic landmark, Maggie is devoted to both the venue and the numerous guests who’ve called it their own over the years.

Bobby’s career started in New York City in the late 90’s to early 2000’s working in some of the countries most acclaimed French kitchens to include Restaurant Daniel, Jean George and Francois Payard.

In 2003, Bobby took over the helm as Executive Chef of China Grill in New York City with world renowned restauranteur Jefferey Chodrow of China Grill Management. His most recent project was at Americana Kitchen & Bar in East Windsor, NJ where Bobby continued evolving the culinary direction from his predecessor Craig Shelton, formerly of the acclaimed Ryland Inn in White House Station, NJ.

Cathy has been with the Logan Inn for nearly 20 years. . In September 1997 Cathy began working at the Logan as a part-time server, alongside her full-time job. Her two sons were young and it was a way to make extra money as a single mom and try something different. But Cathy soon realized she enjoyed the environment and continued as a server with the Logan throughout many years, eventually becoming the bookkeeper under the previous ownership. Cathy simultaneously worked her own bookkeeping business, with many local clients throughout the Bucks County, Hunterdon area and continues to do so on a part-time basis. She began managing in 2014 prior to Landmark acquiring the Logan Inn and was ready to step into the role with Landmark.
